super happy with my Smart Wallbox!
i was trying to figure out the difference between tethered and socketed chargers on EvGuru's site for the Smart Wallbox Charger and their customer service was actually really helpful, explained it all super clearly. the only tiny thing is i wish they had more options for the cable length but overall a great experience and the installation package was a good deal.
Mostly good, minor issue
Ordered a Home Charging Station along with the installation. The overall experience was quite good. The price seemed fair, and the installation team was efficient and tidy. They did a good job explaining how to use the app-enabled features. My only small gripe is that the initial delivery estimate was a bit off; it arrived a day later than first promised. Not a huge deal, but something to note. The charger itself is sturdy and works reliably for my EV.
